The Riding Car
The Riding Car is the ideal ground level companion to the Project Loco or any other small ground level locomotive. It uses the same chassis as the Project Loco and incorporates the same suspension components, CNC wheels and steel axles. These cars have been customised as slate trucks, coal trucks, goods wagons, a guards van and a caboose, hopper cars, ballast trucks and an unpowered Project Loco by some of their owners. Information
The riding car was developed alongside the Project Loco to provide a matching riding car and Loco. It uses the same chassis as the Loco and incorporates the same suspension components, CNC wheels and steel axles. It is the ideal partner for any small ground level loco and is available in 5" and 7¼" gauge. These riding cars have been built as slate trucks, coal trucks, goods wagons, a guards van and a caboose, hopper cars, ballast trucks and an unpowered Project Loco!

The riding car is available in standard or custom lengths and widths. We can also provide advice on custom building if required.
We do not recommend the use of the riding car on elevated tracks, it is designed for use at ground level only
